Refund policy
Our Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to our limited production runs and the specialized nature of our custom-made collectible items featuring original artwork, design, and 3D printing, we maintain a strict no-returns policy. Once purchased, items cannot be returned for a refund.
With that being said we are committed to make it right and will work with you to make sure you're taken care of. Our return and refund policy will be updated as we increase our production capacity in the future.
Why all sales are final:
- Limited Production: Each item is produced in very small batches, making inventory management critical to our business
- Artisan Created: Every product is individually 3D printed and hand-assembled by a independent Canadian artist, with personal attention to quality and detail
- DIY Nature: Our items are sold as Dev kits with the option to purchase unassembled, requiring soldering and assembly skills, making them unsuitable for return once packages are opened
Due to these factors, we currently cannot accept returns or exchanges for this limited release. Please ensure you carefully review product specifications before purchasing.

Exceptions for defective items
If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival (prior to any assembly or modification), please contact us immediately at alxvlabs2025@gmail.com. We'll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve out-of-stock or upcoming products before they're available in inventory.
When you place a pre-order:
- You may be charged either no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout
- Your payment method will be securely stored
- The remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged when your order is ready to ship
Cancellation
- You may cancel any unfulfilled pre-order
- Once an order has been fulfilled (shipped), it cannot be cancelled
- For fulfilled orders, all sales are final as stated in our returns policy
Timeline & Updates
- Estimated availability dates will be provided but are subject to change
- You'll receive email notifications about any changes to your pre-order status
Unassembled Dev Kit purchases
Due to the nature of unassembled Dev kits, any damage occurring during the assembly process (including but not limited to soldering) is not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please only purchase these unassembled kits if you have experience and know exactly what you are doing.
If you suspect your Dev kit was defective upon arrival, please contact us before attempting assembly. For kits that have already been soldered, we may be able to provide replacement parts for purchase depending on the situation and stock. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3D Printed Quality and Assurance
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections might occur during production. These minor imperfections are not considered defects or damages. We conduct thorough inspections and only ship products that meet our quality standards. If you are not satisfied with any minor imperfections that we might have missed, please contact us about your concerns to help us improve our quality assurance process.
